Terms of service
Last updated 24 August 2026
These terms govern use of Daedalus, operated by Okamoto LLC (“we”). By using Daedalus you agree to them. Daedalus is in closed beta and is provided by invitation only.
The service
Daedalus is a private household assistant. It reads connected mail, calendar, and contacts with your permission, and proposes actions for you to review. It does not take outward actions without your approval of that specific action.
Beta status
Daedalus is under active development. Features may change or be withdrawn, availability is not guaranteed, and you should not rely on it as the sole record of anything that matters. We may end the beta or your access to it at any time.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only accounts you are entitled to connect.
- Review proposed actions before approving them. You are responsible for what you approve.
- Do not use Daedalus unlawfully, or to access data you have no right to.
- Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself.
Your data
Your data remains yours. We handle it as described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. You can disconnect an account or request deletion at any time.
No warranty
Daedalus is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its proposals will be correct.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Okamoto LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Daedalus.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: privacy@okamotollc.com.
